Quiet the noise. Reconnect with what matters. Choose what comes next.
Positive psychology coaching for adults who feel distracted, overextended, stuck on autopilot, or ready to become more intentional about where they give their time, attention, and energy.
Maybe nothing is completely wrong. But something feels off.
- You're handling a lot, but rarely feel fully present.
- You keep thinking you'll focus on yourself once things calm down.
- You know what you want to change but keep getting pulled back into old patterns.
- Your attention feels scattered across too many things.
- You're functioning well, but not always living intentionally.
- You're entering a new season and aren't sure what you want it to look like.
You can be grateful for your life and still want something to feel different.
Does any of this feel familiar?
Autopilot
Life is moving, but you're not always sure you're choosing the direction.
Attention Overload
Too many things are competing for your attention, and very little gets your full presence.
Always Last
You've become very good at taking care of what everyone else needs.
Knowing → Doing
You already know a lot about what you want to change. Following through is the harder part.
How coaching works
Notice. Reconnect. Choose.
Coaching creates space to slow down, think out loud, explore patterns, use your strengths, and decide what fits.
01
Notice
What's actually happening?
Become aware of what is happening in your life — your habits, thoughts, attention, and energy. You can't change what you haven't noticed.
02
Reconnect
What matters to you here?
Reconnect with your values, strengths, priorities, and what genuinely matters. Not what should matter — what actually does.
03
Choose
What feels like the next intentional step?
Make intentional choices about what comes next and take realistic action. Small, deliberate steps in a direction you've chosen.
About Coach Em
Hi, I'm Coach Em.
I believe most people already know more about themselves than they give themselves credit for.
Sometimes life just gets loud enough that it becomes hard to hear it. That's where I come in.
I help people slow down, notice what's working and what isn't, reconnect with what matters to them, and make more intentional choices about what comes next.
My approach is grounded in positive psychology, strengths-based coaching, and 20 years of U.S. Navy leadership experience. I hold a Master of Science in Positive Psychology and completed professional coach training through MentorCoach.
Ways to work together
Find the right fit for where you are.
1:1 Coaching
Personal coaching for people who want space to think, reflect, make changes, and move forward intentionally.
Discovery Call
A relaxed conversation to see what you're looking for and whether coaching feels like the right fit.
Workshops
Interactive experiences for organizations and groups around intentional living, strengths, digital wellness, and well-being.
You don't have to have everything figured out before you start.
A discovery call is simply a conversation — about what's happening, what you'd like to be different, and whether coaching might be a good next step. No pressure, no pitch.
